Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice (one reschedule per booking). Late cancellations are charged.

Refunds

Due to the nature of coaching services, sessions and diagnostics are non-refundable. If you believe there was an error in delivery, contact me and I’ll correct it.

Confidentiality

All candidate information is treated as confidential. Any published outcomes are name-sanitised and aggregated.
